Shar is a senior IT and business executive who creates a common vision and accomplishes superior results by leading, inspiring and encouraging others, while creating a can do attitude in the organization. Shar has lead, directed, utilized and applied Information Technology for 25 years to improve bottom line results and top line revenue growth in Supply Chain and Logistics. He has worked closely with senior executives of Fortune 500 Companies both domestically and globally.
Prior to establishing eNterprise Solutions & Technologies, he was CIO & SVP at GeoLogistics Corporation, SVP of Technology & Logistics at Ryder Integrated Logistics, and Managing Director & VP at CSX Sea-Land Logistics.
Shar has a Ph.D. in Operations Research with a minor in Information Systems, Masters and Bachelors Degrees in Management Science and Economics. He has been a frequent speaker at Global & National Associations.
Director Enterprise Systems: Saeed Mogharabi
Saeed is a results-oriented executive and has worked with Fortune 500 executives to define enterprise-wide information technology strategies and requirements. He has managed SCM operations, implemented large-scale projects including e-commerce. He has implemented 8 different ERP packages, including Oracle ERP, advanced planning, RFID applications, and warehouse management systems.
He has held progressively senior positions in operations and IT including Director of Logistics Operations at Alcoa, Practice Director Consulting Services at Oracle, Senior Director and Project Manager at Accor NA, Managing Director and President at SNM & Associates, and Practice Director Rapidigm.
Saeed has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. He is a CPIM with APICS and holds Oracle certifications in project management and applications implementation. Saeed has authored a book and has published many articles.
Director Offshore Operations: Deepak Sharma
Deepak is an Information Technology executive with more than 18 years of experience. He has successfully managed, led, and executed more than 200 projects worth $50 million. His operation IT experience spans India, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia and USA. He knows the cultures, the people, and how to get IT to happen for customers.
Deepak has more than a decade of experience setting up offshore Software Development Centers. He set-up a 220 man center in Colombo, Sri Lanka in 1992, obtained ISO certification and won the Malcolm Baldridge merit award. He has implemented ERP systems for Baxter Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson, Michael Weining and Peerless Foods. He has implemented and integrated other IT systems for Sime Darby, Electrolux and WestinStamford.
Deepak holds a Bachelors from India and an MBA from Sri Lanka.
Director of Enterprise Technology: Bernie Johansen
Bernie is an execution oriented senior technology executive with 18 years experience in systems integration and operations. He shapes IT organizations for customers utilizing offshore resources and skilled onshore staff and delivers and maintains enterprise applications. Bernie has handled, managed, and utilized technologies such as: IBM, Microsoft, HP, and Oracle.
As COO for ISumbra, he managed the start-up of a Build-Manage-Transfer IT group for a $1.4 billion company. He was VP of Information Services for Chart House Enterprise Inc., and an EDSer for ten years. His team performed 40 projects in 16 months for Ameritech, US Travel, Fujitsu, General Motors, Microsoft, AT&T Wireless, and Netscape to name a few.
Bernie has a Masters in Software Engineering and a Bachelors degree. He has had extensive training in Business Process Engineering, Software Engineering, Quality and Metrics.
